Tags & Filters
Organize your stores with tags and let customers filter locations by category.
What Are Tags?
Tags are labels you assign to stores to categorize them. For example, you might use tags like "Flagship", "Outlet", "Service Center", or "Open 24 Hours".
Tags help customers filter the store list to find exactly what they need.
Creating Tags
- Go to Tags & Filters in the admin dashboard
- Click Add Tag
- Enter a Name for the tag
- Optionally add a Description
- Choose a Color (hex code, e.g.,
#667eea) - Click Save
Tag Properties
| Property | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Display name shown to customers (required) |
| Description | Internal note for your reference (optional) |
| Color | Badge color and optional marker color override |
Assigning Tags to Stores
There are two ways to assign tags:
Individual Assignment
- Open a store in the edit modal
- Scroll to the Tags section
- Select or deselect tags
- Save the store
Bulk Assignment via Import
When importing stores via CSV, include a tags column with comma-separated tag names. Tags that don't exist will be created automatically.

When you have tags assigned to stores, customers can filter the store locator:
- Tag filters appear as buttons or a dropdown above the map
- Clicking a tag shows only stores with that tag
- Customers can combine search with tag filtering
Tag-Based Marker Colors
Each tag can have its own color. When a store has a tag assigned, the map marker can optionally use the tag's color instead of the default marker color.
This helps customers visually distinguish different types of locations on the map.
Managing Tags
Editing Tags
Click on any tag to edit its name, description, or color. Changes apply immediately to all stores using that tag.
Deleting Tags
Deleting a tag removes it from all stores. The stores themselves are not affected.
