1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services provided by Flexivity ("we", "us", or "our"), including our Shopify applications such as PinPoint Store Locator, DocBridge, Relay, SyncDisc, and Age Verification (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or installing one of our apps, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans for our Shopify apps are billed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice.
• Standalone subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Services without our permission.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Services (such as store locations, documents, campaigns, and settings). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms and providers, including Shopify, Stripe, Mapbox, and Google Maps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. Where features require merchant-owned API keys (such as map providers), you are responsible for complying with the applicable provider's terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, and branding, are owned by Flexivity and protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flexivity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services or uninstall our apps at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
