• Billing information: subscription and payment details processed by Shopify Billing or Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage data: aggregate analytics such as widget loads, clicks, and searches used to provide reporting features to merchants.

5. Shopify Merchants and Customer Data

When merchants use our Shopify apps, we process customer data on the merchant's behalf. We support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks, including customer data requests, customer data erasure, and shop data erasure. When a merchant uninstalls an app or requests deletion, associated data is removed in accordance with these obligations.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain data only as long as needed to provide the Services or as required by law. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, and per-shop data isolation.
